A lovely afternoon was had by all as we met for our yearly outing at Haddo House. The young ones ran around in the beautiful open spaces while the older ones chatted, before sitting down to a picnic together. We were again blessed with great weather for which we were thankful. The customary game of rounders stretched some unused muscles and provided some moments of hilarity! We then closed by singing the well loved words of Psalm 23 and giving thanks for the day we enjoyed.
If there is a benefit to being small in number, it is that a real family atmosphere is fostered among our folk. We long for more to worship with us and discover Jesus, yet we rejoice that we have been able to develop lasting friendship and fellowship.
